Evolutionary Biology of Fungi.

Research in our laboratory is directed towards evolutionary biology of fungi with an emphasis on molecular phylogenetics. Researchers in the lab are currently focusing on three main areas of research including 1) fungal pathogens of arthropods, 2) ectomycorrhizae and 3) Assembling the Fungal Tree of Life (AFTOL). A number of resources are available through this site including data, images, primers, and publications. Currently the laboratory consists of three postdocs, three graduate students, and two undergraduates. There are also a limited number of positions available for visiting students and scientists. More information can be found about the lab through the various links associated with this site.
